Anchorage discharge : Pl note that there is rarely coming of any coal cargo vessels at Jafrabad anchorage. Hardly 1 vessel per annum. There is NO any availability of barges & other equipments by locally & same to be arranged either Jamnagar or Kandla once arrived of any coal vessels.
